The Home Depot has more experience in this industry. And, it has the function to deliver on schedule, but the application has too many functions and does not serve other retailers. Otherwise, the scheduled delivery is not a main function for the Home Depot application. If there is an application that focuses on fast delivery, and connects all the retailers in this industry, it will increase the usability and be more popular.
